He post-graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology (sponsored by UNESCO) in 1977. Ir. Asep Saefulbachri, MBA, MM. An engineer graduated from Industrial Technique, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and continued his study in Master in Business Administration. He also widened his knowledge through several trainings abroad. His got his experience in material management, warehousing and transportation management, and management of information system during 15 years working in Direktorat Logistik in Head Office of PT. Telkom. He also is being a lecturer in post-graduate program, majoring logistics management in Pasundan University, Bandung and also in several well-known universities in Bandung, STT Telkom majoring Industrial Technique. Course Leader

DR.IR. TRI YUSWIJAYANTO ZAENURI is an expert in Combustion Engine, Propulsion System and Fluidal Mechanic, who has a career in this engineering field for more than 15 years. He graduated from mechanical engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1987 and continued his study in Technische Universitaet Clausthal, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany until he got the “Doktor Ingenier” (Dr.Ing) title in Tribology and Kinematics (Reibungstechnik und Maschinenkinetik) on 2000. He is the Head of Combustion Engine and Propulsion System Laboratory in Institut Teknologi Bandung. He is active in projects that arranged by the cooperation with educational institutions, government and private company.

Manajemen Logistik adalah proses perencanaan, implementasi serta pengendalian persediaan dan aliran material  sejak dari titik asal sampai konsumsi dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen/ user secara efektif dan efisien. Dengan kata lain, sistem logisttik memiliki dua objektif utama yaitu pelayanan terbaik dan minimasi biaya.

Dalam bisnis apapun, persediaan barang (inventory) memegang peran yang sangat penting. Bisnis manufaktur umumnya menghabiskan lebih dari 65 % harga pokok produksinya (cost of goods manufaktured) untuk biaya bahan baku, bahan penunjang maupun suku cadang mesin. Begitu pula dalam industri jasa. Industri jasa menghabiskan dana yang tidak sedikit untuk persediaan. Pengelolaan sistem logistik ini menjadi semakin penting, karena begitu besarnya pengaruh manajemen logistik pada performansi keuangan sebuah perusahaan. INSTRUCTOR

Ir. Asep Saefulbachri, MBA, MM. An engineer graduated from Industrial Technique, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and continued his study in Master in Business Administration. He also widened his knowledge through several trainings abroad. His got his experience in material management, warehousing and transportation management, and management of information system during 15 years working in Direktorat Logistik in Head Office of PT. Telkom. He also is being a lecturer in post-graduate program, majoring logistics management in Pasundan University, Bandung and also in several well-known universities in Bandung, STT Telkom majoring Industrial Technique. He also becomes a lecturer in the Magister management program in Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Bandung (STMB Telkom).

He got the experience to deliver In-company Trainings and/or seminars in a few management institutions in Bandung, Jakarta, Syrabaya and Kuala Lumpur, specializing in logistics management and supply chain. Up until now, he also still active as a logistics trainer in some companies, such as Pertamina, Petrochina, PT. badak, PT. Inco Soroako, Telkom, Telkomsel, etc.
